Holiday Caravan

The caravan has panoramic views across open fields to Gruinard Bay and the hills beyond. We look forward to welcoming you with genuine Scottish hospitality.
The original caravan has been modernised inside and out, well insulated and extended with a porch, bathroom and second bedroom.

The caravan can sleep up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms.
One double bedroom with a 4'6" bed
and 1 twin bedroom with two 3-foot beds.
Both rooms have dimplex electric heaters.
There is a full size bathroom connected to the mains.

The kitchen / living area has a well equipped kitchen, with an L.P.G. cooker, electric fridge, microwave, kettle & toaster.
The living area has an electric heater, colour TV & DVD.

2024 TARIFF: from £320 to £370 per week.
Strictly No Smoking. No pets.
Children over 12 welcome.
Bed linen and towels are not provided.
(Bed linen can be provided at a cost of £12 per bed)
Electricity is by a pound coin meter.

In accordance with Scottish Government legislation, we have applied for a Short Term Let (STL) Licence for the caravan and we are waiting to hear back from Highland Council.

We are conveniently situated on the North Coast 500 scenic tourist route around the northern Highlands.
